Ingredients:

Instructions:
To make the dough, take a large bowl and add wheat flour, salt, and oil. Mix them well.
Slowly add water to the mixture and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and soft. Cover the dough and keep it for 25-30 minutes.
To make the stuffing, take a large bowl and add mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
Make a ball of equal size from that dough, then roll each ball into a small circle.Place a spoonful of stuffing on top of each circle and fold the dough over to form a ball.
