 Garlic bread is a simple and delicious side dish that can be made in a variety of ways. Here is a recipe for garlic bread that will make your taste buds sing!


Ingredients:


1 loaf of Italian bread

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


Cut the loaf of Italian bread in half lengthwise.


In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to combine.


Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.


Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the garlic butter mixture.


Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.

Tips:

If you want your garlic bread to be even more garlicky, add an extra clove of minced garlic to the butter mixture.


To make this recipe vegan, use vegan butter and omit the Parmesan cheese.


You can also add other ingredients to the garlic butter mixture, such as chopped fresh basil, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, or grated mozzarella cheese.
