recipe of chicken chilli-How did you make this

 Here's a recipe for Chicken Chilli that serves 4-6 people:


Ingredients:


500g boneless chicken, diced


2 tbsp cornstarch


2 tbsp soy sauce


1 tsp white pepper powder


1 tsp garlic powder


1 tsp onion powder


1 tsp ginger powder


1/2 tsp salt


2 tbsp vegetable oil


1 medium onion, chopped


1 red bell pepper, chopped


1 green bell pepper, chopped


1 cup chicken broth


2 tbsp tomato paste


2 tbsp sriracha sauce


1 tbsp honey


2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water


2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro


Cooked rice, to serve


Instructions:


In a bowl, mix together the diced chicken, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp white pepper powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp ginger powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well and set aside.


Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, until cooked through and slightly browned. Take out the chicken from the wok or pan and keep it aside


In the same skillet, add chopped onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened.


In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, tomato paste, sriracha sauce, and honey. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the vegetables and stir well.


Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir well to combine.


In a separate bowl, dissolve 2 tbsp cornstarch in 2 tbsp water. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir well. Bring that mixture to a boil, then lower the flame a bit. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, until thickened.


Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro on top of the chicken chilli.


Serve the chicken chilli hot over cooked rice.
